How does our lowest price guarantee work?
We regularly check our prices to make sure that we’re providing the best offer. If you see the wine cooler you want cheaper elsewhere, just provide us with proof of this and we’ll refund the price difference – you’ll also receive a nice box of wine from us!
Wine Cooler Shop reserves the right to reject comparison with foreign websites. Wine Cooler Shop reserves the right to withdraw the price match at any time and to honour a price match request to a maximum of 1 item per customer.
Shipping and delivery
Wine Cooler Shop strives for the fastest possible delivery. If you order before 12 noon on a working day, your order will be delivered to anywhere in the UK within 3 working days. For Ireland, we need an extra day. If you order during the weekend or on a public holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day. Shipping is free within the UK and Ireland.
Guarantee
On all purchases made through Wine Cooler Shop, the warranty is 36 months for general consumers and 24 months for business & catering purposes.
Returns
At Wine Cooler Shop, you can return your wine cooler or wine fridge up to 60 days after purchase.
During this period, you may unpack or use the product as it would be in-store. If we receive your purchase in full ‘retail condition’, i.e. complete, undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging, you will also receive your full purchase amount back from us. Please contact us in advance to ensure that your return will arrive at the correct address. Do not just return your purchase.
My purchase is no longer in retail condition. What now?
If you use the product in such a way that it is no longer in retail condition, the packaging is damaged or no longer present, you will receive less money for the product than you paid for it. At Wine Cooler Shop, we are very honest, open and clear on how we deal with this.
What do I get for my purchase if it is no longer in retail condition?
If your purchase is no longer in retail condition, we can no longer sell it as new. If possible, we will resell it at a nice discount and (hopefully) at the price we refunded you for it. We can therefore not refund the full purchase amount in such cases.
Below are the amounts we will charge if you return your purchase within 60 days of purchase. The amounts stated are cumulative.
